Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 2 weeks before the workshop/conference.

• 2 weeks to one week before the workshop/conference, 70% refund.

• Less than one week before the workshop/conference, no refund.

Accommodation:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 1 week before the workshop/conference.

• In case of an earlier departure, the participant must notify the hotel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the participant will be charged for an additional day.

Note: In the case of a cancellation, the participant will be charged with the refund's banking expenses.
