Abstract Submission Guidelines

The single page abstract must contain the title, author's name, and affiliation as a heading. It must be single spaced with the title centered on one line and author's name and affiliation centered under the title. Please submit abstract in MS word document or in a properly formatted LaTex file (recommended). A sample of LaTex and MS-Word file for abstract submission is available below. Abstracts will be published in the EINN 2005 Conference Book of Abstracts.

Latex format

We provide a sample file in LaTex documentation. When you edit the abstract in LaTex format, please pay attention to the following instructions.

When you make use of a special style or class file, please attach the style or class file with your abstract file.
When you want to insert a picture, such as graph and photograph, into the abstract, please attach the picture file in EPS format with the same name of the abstract file

MS-Word format

We provide a sample file in MS-Word documentation. When you edit the abstract in MS-Word format, please pay attention to the following instructions.

When you want to insert a mathematical expression into the abstract, please make use of the Equation Editor, which is originally built in MS-Word program, if possible.
When you want to insert a picture, such as graph and photograph, into the abstract, please prepare a picture file in EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) format with the same name of the abstract file and submit the picture file, separately.

E-mail Abstract Submission

Persons who want e-mail abstract submission must prepare the abstract in MS-word documentation or in properly formatted LaTex file. Then send e-mail to Mrs Maria Tzamtzi , conference secretary, at EINN[at]NOSPAMiasa.gr attaching the prepared abstract file. Notice will be sent confirming acceptance. The following information must be appeared in the e-mail contents,

Poster guidelines

FINAL Information on POSTER SIZE now available:

Available surface for posters will be 55cm width x 120cm height or equivalently 21.6 inch width x 47.2 inch height.
Each author is responsible for assembly and removal of his/her own poster.
We will provide you with a poster number. You will find the number of your poster in the Program that you will receive when you register at the Conference.All poster panels will be numbered on the header sign above the panel. Please be sure to check your poster number before setting up to ensure proper placement of your poster.
Presenters are asked to stand by their poster during the poster session.
Please include poster title, authors' names and all institutions where the work was performed in large letters centered at the top of the page.
Contact information should be given at the poster.
We will provide thumbtacks for your poster at the exhibition site. If you prefer another kind of fixing your poster, please bring the required material to the exhibition site.
The exact date and time of the poster exhibition sessions will be made available on the EINN 2005 homepage.
At least one author has to be available at the poster during the exhibition session of your poster to present and discuss your work.
